In this version, with the aim to focus on the technical aspects the Section II is included. Section II, that complements, reinforces, and helps to understand and work the concepts and hypotheses of Section I.
Research work, which starts as a personal project of the author, an engineer, Master in Science in Civil Engineering, that doesn’t belong to the health field, faced with the need to take some action to improve his vision, health, and quality of life. The important improvements obtained, the discoveries, findings, and research, give this book as result.
A scientific project, with an empiric base, where we start out with the observation and experimentation to develop a new theory that moves away from the actual one.
