People with chronic conditions, mental health, and unhealthy weight with a better understanding of their condition, and by changing habits, improving their health and wellbeing.
Following the initiative, guidelines and practice recommended, is going to result in an improvement in the management of our habits and of the light. Improving in management of vision efforts and time, light in the retina, ANS and body’s systems, and stress accumulated in the body. To start to achieve all the health benefits.
The initiative presented discovers the guidelines and science to obtain it with a recommended practice embedded in a light physical activity (walking with vision) to incorporate it in our habits and achieve all the health benefits.
Regarding the people less active, this initiative will start to fill the gaps and make
the difference, helping them to advance in the comprehension of their
condition, prevent them from illness, and start to achieve the mental and health
benefits.
These people, through vision are most of the time in the passive system and accumulating stresses in the body. Being able from the beginning of the implementation to access through vision to the active system of the ANS, and thus start to reduce the accumulated stresses in their body and allow their body systems to start to balance helping to the homeostasis of their body, being a huge benefit and making the difference.
Therefore, embracing the activity, obtaining the small weekly goals, and achieving the WHO recommendations of 150 minutes per week.
